Youth Football Training
At Alchemy Sports, we believe football is more than just a game—it’s a powerful tool for growth, discipline, and community building. Our Youth Football Training program introduces young players to the fundamentals of the sport while instilling values such as teamwork, respect, and perseverance. Through structured coaching sessions, fitness activities, and mentorship, we help children develop both athletic skills and healthy lifestyle habits. Youth Football Leagues
Alchemy Sports is proud to field teams that compete at the highest levels of youth football. Our First Team Development program provides a pathway for talented boys and girls, ages 6–18, to showcase their skills in competitive environments. We participate in the Eldorado LFA and the regional Hollywood Bets League, giving young athletes the opportunity to experience structured competition, build resilience, and grow both on and off the field. These leagues serve as stepping stones for aspiring players to reach their full potential while promoting discipline and healthy lifestyles.
Netball Skills Development
Netball is one of the fastest-growing sports among young people, and our Netball Youth Development initiative ensures that every child has the opportunity to thrive. We provide age-appropriate training that focuses on skill development, physical fitness, and confidence building. Our coaches emphasize collaboration, leadership, and resilience—qualities that extend far beyond the court. By combining sport with social programs, we create safe spaces where young athletes can learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Netball Skills Development
Our Netball Youth Development program extends beyond training to active competition in the JNA regional leagues. By engaging in structured matches, young players gain valuable experience, sharpen their skills, and learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Competing at this level not only enhances athletic performance but also fosters confidence, leadership, and community spirit among participants.
NxtGenMen
NxtGenMen is designed to support men in developing greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence. The program challenges unhealthy gender norms and encourages participants to reflect on their roles in society and relationships. Through guided workshops and practical skill-building, men gain tools for healthier relationship management, effective communication, and constructive conflict resolution
NxtGenWomxn
NxtGenWomxn is a six-session intervention designed to equip adolescent girls and young womxn (AGYW) with the mental health resources they need to navigate daily challenges. The program provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can build resilience, strengthen self-confidence, and develop practical coping strategies. By addressing issues such as stress, self-esteem, and social pressures.
